A clear route for copyright questions and rights-holder notices.
Respect for copyright
WeJustDownload is intended only for people saving media they own or are authorized to download. We do not operate a catalogue of third-party media, do not upload user files to a public library, and do not provide tools to bypass DRM, paywalls, private access, or other access controls.
How to send a copyright notice
If you believe a user’s activity through this service infringes your copyright, email contact@wejustdownload.com with: identification of the copyrighted work; the specific public URL at issue; your name and contact details; a good-faith statement; a statement that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act; and your physical or electronic signature.
What we can review
We will review complete notices in good faith and may take reasonable steps that are appropriate to the information available, including restricting service features, preserving records where required, or responding to the reporting party. We cannot determine ownership or resolve every dispute, and nothing here guarantees a particular outcome.
Counter-notices and disputes
If you believe a report was submitted in error, email contact@wejustdownload.com with the relevant details and supporting information. Rights holders and users remain responsible for resolving ownership, licensing, and jurisdictional disputes directly or through their advisers.
Repeat misuse
We may restrict access for repeated or serious misuse of the service, including attempts to process private, protected, or infringing material. This policy does not replace legal advice or formal rights-enforcement procedures that may apply in your jurisdiction.
