Terms of Use
The rules for using WeJustDownload responsibly and lawfully.
Acceptance and permitted use
By using WeJustDownload, you agree to these Terms. The service is a utility for processing technically accessible public links; it is not a media library, publisher, rights-clearance service, or legal adviser.
You decide what you download
Every user independently decides whether they have the right to download, copy, convert, store, share, or otherwise use a selected file. Only submit media you own, created, have permission to save, or are otherwise legally entitled to copy. WeJustDownload cannot control who submits or downloads each public link, cannot review every link, and cannot verify every user’s rights. You remain solely responsible for your choices and use of downloaded material.
No access-control circumvention
The service does not support private material, account-only material, DRM-protected content, paywalls, credential use, cookie import, or any workaround of technical access controls. Do not try to use the service for those purposes.
Platforms and availability
Source platforms, format availability, and technical delivery can change without notice. We do not guarantee that any platform, link, resolution, conversion, or download will be available, complete, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose.
Service disclaimer and limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WeJustDownload is provided as-is and as-available, without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for the content users choose to process, the rights connected to that content, third-party platform actions, loss of data, or consequences arising from a user’s download or use.
